Jo from Whoosh embraces all elements of film, including works of fiction and documentary. She runs the Leighton Buzzard Film Club, where a group of fantastically creative people meet up every two weeks at the local pub to talk film and plan projects.
Within the Film Club, Jo has worked on several short film productions, including co-directing the latest film 'By Committee' by Chris Cosentino, as well as producing and helping in various roles with other short films. She also volunteers with the Buzz Cinema Fest as well as taking part (and winning awards!) in the 48 Hour Film Challenges.
Jo also works in amateur theatre, directing and performing regularly with the Leighton Buzzard Drama Group.
